Shipping policy
Following a successful transaction, the fulfillment phase begins when the warehouse staff receives an order notification via a Stocky tablet. A staff member then picks the requested item from the shelf and conducts a strict quality check. If the item fails the quality check, a stock review is performed, the customer is notified that their order is on hold, and the staff must return to the shelves to pick a replacement item. Once an item successfully passes the quality check, it is securely packaged and handed over to the courier for shipping.
After the package is dispatched, the system sends a delivery notification to the customer via WhatsApp. Subsequently, the system updates the tracking information internally and officially deducts the purchased items from the inventory. Finally, once the package reaches the customer, the order is marked as delivered, bringing the entire workflow to a successful end.
